Tell us who the song is for, the occasion, your story, language and music style. Review or write the lyrics, generate a preview, then unlock the album you like. A completed album includes two song versions.

Sign in to generate a free preview without spending song credits. Each account can request one preview album per rolling 24 hours, with up to 60 seconds of listening per version. Unpurchased previews expire after 3 days; downloads and cover editing require unlocking.

Yes. AI can draft lyrics from the details you provide. Review the draft before adopting it, then edit it before generating music. Lyric drafts do not spend song credits or require email verification, and have no daily quota. Only one lyric request can run at a time.

One song credit unlocks both full versions, MP3 downloads, the gift page and unlimited AI cover design. A single purchase is US$24.99 for one credit; Pro is US$46.99 per month for three credits. Making a new song is separate from editing a cover.

After unlocking, AI cover generation does not cost extra song credits and has no generation-count limit. You can also upload your own image and change the text, fonts, colors and layout. Wait for an active generation to finish before requesting another.

Choose a song from your unlocked albums, upload photos, then select a layout, decoration, fonts and transitions. Save the draft before generating the full-song MP4. Each video export costs US$19.99. Any remaining complimentary allowance on older albums is shown in the editor. A changed draft requires a new export; a failed paid export can be retried without another purchase.

A published song gift page can be opened through its private link without signing in. Completed videos have a separate Share video control in the editor and My videos. Anyone with an enabled video link can play it. Turn sharing off to invalidate the link; enabling it again creates a new link. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Payments currently use Stripe. The methods available depend on your country, device and checkout settings; the checkout page is authoritative. Newly created Stripe checkouts include tax in the displayed price rather than adding it on top. Tax may still appear as a separate breakdown. SendSong does not store raw card numbers. Older checkout links or existing subscriptions may retain their original pricing settings.

The single-album purchase is a one-time payment. Pro renews monthly and supplies three song credits per billing period. Subscription credits have an expiry date; check Credits for your actual balance and expiry, and Billing to manage or cancel renewal. Platinum is not available for purchase yet.

Sign in and open My works to find your songs and videos. Unlocked songs and completed videos are stored for playback and download; keep your own backup of important files. Unpurchased previews expire after 3 days. A saved video draft is not an exported MP4.

Refresh the task status first instead of submitting the same request again. Video rendering can take longer depending on song length, photos and queue load. If a paid video export fails, use Retry on that export. If the issue remains, contact support with the task ID and, when relevant, the order number. Payment or refund requests are reviewed individually.

Sign in to create songs, use AI lyric drafts, buy an album or manage your work. Use the sign-in methods shown on the login page. Recipients do not need an account to open an active gift or video share link.

Digital wall-art styles are currently examples only. A separate paid lyric-print creation and download service is not available yet. Song cover editing and photo music video export are available as described above; no physical frames or delivery service are offered.
